Gut Friendly Go-To Smoothie

Helloooooo BEAUTIFUL! Omg. Yum. Just yum. This lil baby is soooo HEALTHY!

I thought I would share with you all a new fave of mine! I’ve suddenly got this peanut butter obsession? It’s weird. But I’m gonna roll with it! So here’s the recipe for this easy peasy, gut friendly, go-to smoothie recipe.

🍌 1 Frozen Banana
🍇 Handful Frozen Blueberries (, don’t buy cheap ones covered in pesticides!)
🥥 Spoonful of Vanilla CoYo @coyo_organic for some probiotics
🥛 A cup of Almond Quench @pureharvest
🥜 A teaspoon of Peanut Butter! @mayversfood

And if it’s too thick just add some water! ☺️ Listen to your body! I wouldn’t normally put this much fat in but today I felt like the extra brain power. 🙊

I don’t really count calories or anything but some people may be interested in it. This one was about 350 calls roughly. The milk and coyo are high in fats which up the calorie count. You can easily swap the milk for a rice milk, coconut water or just water. As for the coconut yogurt I think other brands have less fat. This is really thick coconut cream more than a traditional yogurt texture. 

I’ve also made this again, with a Tablespoon of Raw Cacao and it was even better! So let me know if you try it out!
